From the moment I walked into her space I felt comfortable which says a lot when you just met someone. During my energy healing session ( variation of reiki ) she placed crystals on my body as I was laying down. At one point I felt so much heat on my chest I thought she put a hot stone on me. Turns out during the healing my heart chakra had warmed up the crystal- WILD! After the experience I felt a lot lighter and less dense. I had been feeling anxiety and stress and I felt noticeably different when leaving her space. I not only plan to see her again for my own healing journey but have already set up a couples session for her to see my partner and I later this month. Karen is just the person I had been looking for! She is the most sincere, caring, talented and effective healer I have ever been to. I have enjoyed many reiki sessions with various practitioners, all of whom are excellent at their practice, but I knew there was someone who could just scrape off the residue of life's experiences that I don't believe reiki can reach. I have been in a wonderful place for years, but I knew there was a space within myself that was even more peaceful. As synchronicity would have it, as I sought out a shaman, there she was; and she wasn't far! Since she has provided me with a unique spiritual experience, I find myself from time to time in shock when I take a moment to just be. I feel absolute peace. Even when life can be stressful or have times of discomfort, it just doesn't last. The feelings that we all have, at least from time to time, just don't have the same effect; they don't stick. I have had the honour of having 2 distant healing treatments so far with Karen. I live in Ireland and was in need of some clearing balancing and deep healing. Karen was so understanding and intuitive throughout the process, I was amazed at the powerful connection felt even from a great distance. Karen is amazing ..she caring /she listens ..her energy is so strong and healing .. I was introduced to her 8 years ago . I was not in a good place ( depression/drinking/drugs/low self esteem) ..each session I noticed a difference ( I was getting stronger with myself. Starting to love myself more ) .. you just feel on cloud 9 after each healing ..having a bad day .. it’s gone !! I met great people from her fires/workshops /and her group healings. Everyone you meet is here for a reason .. to feel at peace !! I’m glad she’s a big part of my life now .. she’s my healer /but she’s turned to be a wonderful friend .. please go to one of her healings /fires/workshops. She is an absolutely fantastic person! She knows what she is doing and cares deeply about helping others. She has helped me so much on my journey, and I am so grateful for her guidance and support. (I do private sessions as well as group sessions.) I highly recommend her to anyone looking for real healing and clarity. Added bonus, the healing shed and teepee are amazing!!!
