Karen is one of the most important people in my healing journey. She has shown up for me in ways I never expected from a healer and has become such a meaningful part of my life. At times she feels almost like a mother to me because of how deeply she cares and how much she genuinely wants to help me heal.

What means the most to me is how safe I feel with her. Feeling truly safe with another person does not come easily for me, but with Karen it does. I trust her deeply. She has such a grounded presence, and I always feel supported and deeply understood when I am with her.

Karen is also incredibly gifted at what she does. She is very powerful and intuitive. Her work with energy is unlike anything I have experienced before, and I always leave our sessions feeling significantly lighter and more in touch with my true nature.

Her monthly Full Moon Circles are also amazing. She has created such a special sense of community and her painted drums that she lets you borrow are out of this world!! I found Karen when I was ready to deepen my commitment to healing and to learn how to be in this world after the loss of my sister - who was at the very minimum, the keeper of my secrets. All of them...the good bad and the ugly.
Karen's space was/is immediately welcoming and her energy erased any doubt that made the right choice for myself.
The experience was an immersion of music, drum beats, sounds of nature, stones healing breathes - it brought me exactly to the sacred spaces inside of me laying dormant for so long.

My experience with Karen has been life changing. I have had a very difficult year including, most recently, the passing of my father. The work Karen did to align and ground me just before his passing is definitely helping me get through this. In addition, upon learning of his passing, Karen has reached out several times with messages of support and compassion. She is more than just a shamanic healer. I had a one hour healing with Karen 6/17.  I walked with the weight of today’s world on me.  Laying on the healing bed, feeling the sound vibrating through my body…. I have had a few distant sessions with Karen but finally had the unique experience of a one to one in the Healing Shed when I visited Boston a few weeks ago.
Karen was very calming and attentive and explained the process of what she would be doing which is great for those who have never experienced a shamnic healing.

I have had various types of sessions but I have to say this was quite unique and very integrated  with sound, drums ,singing bowls  ot was quite an immersive and enlightenning experience, you will definitely be amazed at how quick your mind lets go of, I felt fully present and aware all throughout.
I arrived feeling quite emotionally heavy and was going through a lot personally, during the session I felt Karen's light touch on my shoulders at intervals.amd each time I felt that part of my soul was coming back into me , I cant explain it but I felt taller and confident inyself. After the session was complete I felt tired but I felt moreyself again and strong lighter and balanced .
I can't say enough about how phenomenal the work is that Karen does she is truly gifted , humble and so caring , I
Feel very blessed to have been able to experience that powerful energy one to one.

I had a great experience with Karen. From the moment I walked into her space I felt comfortable which says a lot when you just met someone. During my energy healing session ( variation of reiki ) she placed crystals on my body as I was laying down. At one point I felt so much heat on my chest I thought she put a hot stone on me. Turns out during the healing my heart chakra had warmed up the crystal- WILD! After the experience I felt a lot lighter and less dense. I had been feeling anxiety and stress and I felt noticeably different when leaving her space.
