About Illumin8 Shamanic Healing

My youngest brother, Christopher struggled with depression and addiction for most of his life. If you knew him or met him for the first time, you would remember his ability to make everyone laugh. He filled a room with love and laughter and his kid like energy was so much fun to be around. He was a healer in his own right as he served as a Med-Flight and Trauma RN, his dream come true. Though our eyes took in his joy and happiness and playfulness , there was a darkness no one could see within his soul. May he rest in eternal peace as he took his life 2/23/2019 from his struggles with addiction and depression. I took a trip to Up State New York in the spring after his passing to regroup, ground and feel. I was out on the lake, driving the boat and I heard a voice in my ear. I shook my head back and forth wondering what I was hearing. I heard Chris’s voice and I started to cry. He was chuckling and saying “you need to open a healing space to help others”. I remember shouting out loud, “WHAT?” I shook my head again and drove the boat around the lake and I stopped in my favorite spot to ponder what had just happened to me. I could still hear Chris and he was saying again, “Mmmmmmhmmmm, a healing business so you can help others like you helped me.” I just sat there and a Blue Jay landed on the bow, Chris’s Spirit Animal. At that moment, my life changed. I drove my boat back to shore, shaking my head and crying. Once I got to shore, I did a Facebook Live about what just happened to me, saying “I’m not sure of the When, Where or How, but I’ll be opening a Healing Center. Two months later I practicing as a Shamanic Healer in a tiny tiny room within New Awakenings. My little business quickly grew and I was guided to relocate. I opened my own location at Illumin8 at Spiritual Illumination and Wholistic Healing Center in Plymouth MA. I am grateful to have opened a second location in Walpole, MA, The Healing Shed. I also practice in memory of my oldest brother. Buddy. He most recently lost his life during an aerobic work out on 3/3/2021. His life was taken instantly due to an Aortic Dissection . I was treating clients at Illuming8 at Spiritual Illumination and Wholistic Healing Center when I got the call of his loss. At that instant a Raven flew above me as I was getting some fresh air. Raven was Buddy’s Spirit Animal growing up as a kid. He also loved Marvin The Martian character that always made him smile. May he rest in eternal peace with his brother Chris and I know we will meet again. Please watch over Mom and I, Tommy, Joey and Angela. Thank you for your understanding around this vulnerable message, but I wanted to share the reason I became a Shamanic Healer in this lifetime. I had already been studying Shamanism as a hobby for many years prior to this transition in my journey. Always trust that Spirit and Sacred Mystery has a plan for each step we walk on this earth.
